- Utilize CRM for effective client management and high-level service delivery
- Advise clients on insurance matters, conduct needs assessments, and recommend solutions
- Prepare documentation for insurers, process applications and changes
- Engage in continuous professional development through carrier training, workshops, and webinars
- Contribute to community support and philanthropic initiatives
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a financial advisor
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer care skills
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- Effective prospecting and business development expertise
- Strong time management and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM, AI tools, and carrier software
- Proven track record of successful deal management and closing
- Mandatory LLQP or HLLQP; CSC, CFP, and CIM certifications are a plus
